New Patients

Our welcoming reception team will always endeavour to arrange your New Patient Consultation at a convenient time to suit you. Before your first visit they will ask you for a few details over the phone in order to add you onto our system. To speed up this process, please fill in the Online Registration Form below. Once you are added and you are booked into the diary, you should automatically receive a link a few days prior to attending, this is to complete your Medical History Form, which all patients need to complete before attending.

During your first visit and meeting our reception team, you will meet one of our dentists and nurses. Your dentist will then discuss with you any concerns you may have about your teeth or just visiting the dentist. After a chat, the dentist will examine your teeth, gums and mouth. Xray's will be taken if suitable, but no treatment will be given at this appointment.

Your dentist will then discuss with yourself if you need any work doing and the best plan of action with options to suit your needs. A treatment plan will be given to you, this will include the prices of any treatments involved. You will also be given advice for you to do at home to keep your oral health in tip top condition. We want you as our patient to only make informed decisions without feeling pressured.

An adult New Patient Consultation at Pont Steffan costs £95, where the dentist can provide to you a thorough examination, discuss with you their findings, allow you to voice any concerns about your oral health and come up with a treatment plan that is completely tailored to you. Please note that we will ask for the full fee of £95 as a deposit to be paid when booking a New Patient Consultation, this is to secure the appointment but is fully refundable as per our deposits and cancellations policy.
